Our roots in the Western Pennsylvania legal and civic communities extend back well over 40 years. Partner Charles F. Bowers, Jr., known to many as "Lucky," has been practicing law in Beaver County and the surrounding area since 1965, building a strong body of work in personal injury litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Bowers has for the past several years been designated a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer."** Our firm's co-founder James J. Ross brings experience and perspective gained as an Assistant United States Attorney and Division Chief of that Office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Both founding partners have attained "AV"* ratings under the Martindale-Hubbell peer review system. Jim Ross has also been designated a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" for the past several years.
Attorney Charles F. Bowers, III, joined our firm in 1990 and Kenneth G. Fawcett in 1995. Both have established strong track records of service to our personal injury and criminal defense clients.
