Our roots in the Western Pennsylvania legal and civic communities extend back well over 40 years. Partner Charles F. Bowers, Jr., known to many as "Lucky," has been practicing law in Beaver County and the surrounding area since 1965, building a strong body of work in personal injury litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Bowers has for the past several years been designated a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer."** Mr. Bowers has attained "AV"* ratings under the Martindale-Hubbell peer review system.
